Mental illness is very real. Not all disabilities are visible.
But that doesn't mean that they aren't there.
Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health.
Make sure you take care of them both. 💕
Just because the brain has an illness does not make it imaginary. it doesn't mean they're "crazy."
Just because someone has different challenges than you doesn't make them any less human.
Mental illness matters. Mental Health matters. YOU matter.
Let's all work together to spread awareness and break the stigma! 🫶🏻🎗️
