This weekend ran the full forecast.

Saturday brought the heat and humidity, Sunday brought rain and wind that felt like free AC after Saturday’s swelter. Either way, we had new faces out on the trails. Love seeing it 💛💜

Huge thanks to the volunteers who kept everyone hydrated through it all. This club runs on people who show up to help, not just people who show up to run. And as always, coffee and watermelon were waiting back at the clubhouse for some good post run hangs.

Next up: Hop & Sprint, Tuesday at 6:30pm. Come run, walk, or just come hang.

Rain couldn’t keep RAW off the trails this weekend. Hydration Heroes kept everyone going in the warm temps, and post-run watermelon was exactly what the morning called for.

We wrapped up the weekend with Short Stack Sunday, Lianne and Charlotte cooking up pancakes for the whole crew. Whether you ran, walked, or just showed up for the company, that’s what this club is all about.

The dogs had a great time too. 🐾💛💜

We don’t need a reason to run, but we’ll take one.

Our crew showed up at Bear Creek Running Co yesterday for their 5K fun run and had an absolute blast. Good miles, great energy, tacos, margaritas, and to top it off, several of our members walked away as raffle winners.

That’s how you celebrate the sport. Congrats to everyone who came out and repped LGRAW!

🏃 June 3 @ 6pm: Global Running Day with Bear Creek Running Co
We’re heading to Keller to celebrate! 5K fun run, Skechers demos, tacos, margaritas, and raffles on the patio. Come run with us.

🥞 June 7: Short Stack Sunday
First Sunday of the month means group run + pancakes + coffee. Whether you’re brand new or a regular, this one’s always worth showing up for.

WEEKLY EVENTS
🍻 Tuesdays @ 6:30pm: Hop & Sprint
Trails with the crew, then craft beer at . Free to run. $0.25 per draft goes to the LGRAW scholarship fund. Not a bad Tuesday.

🍉 Saturdays & Sundays @ 7am: Weekend Runs
The clubhouse, multiple distances, all paces. Hydration on course, fresh watermelon waiting at the finish all summer long. Good people after.

Come for one, stay for all.

Hot. Humid. We ran anyway. 🥵

This weekend’s crew showed up and showed out despite the heat, and we loved seeing some new faces out there! A special welcome to the AA Run Club for joining us. Hope you enjoyed the scenic route! Come back anytime.

Hydration stations on course kept everyone going, and watermelon waiting at the finish made it all worth it. No better way to cool down.

As summer settles in, drink up and listen to your body out there.

Watermelon season is back. 🍉

We kicked off Memorial Day weekend with a morning run, and the water stops delivered. Two Gatorade and water points out on the trail to keep you moving as the temps climb.

Post-run: coffee and watermelon back at the clubhouse. You earned it.

As for water duty… let’s just say the job description has expanded. 😂
