We had a great time at today’s Grapevine Young Professional Luncheon and are so thankful to everyone who joined us!

And a huge thank you to Dr. Kari Leavell with Grapevine Psychology for an engaging and interactive presentation on avoiding burnout during the holidays and the importance of prioritizing your mental health. With Mental Health Awareness Month, it was the perfect time to have an important conversation about recognizing burnout, making time for yourself, and taking care of your mental well-being. 🧠💜

Thank you to everyone who participated, shared, and helped make today’s luncheon such a meaningful one. We hope you left with a few new connections and some practical reminders to take care of yourself along the way!
