As many of you know we have been working hard to do some much needed repairs and updates to our building and we thought this would be a fun way to help! Win Win!

September is National Su***de Awareness Month, and this year we’re coming together to raise awareness, remember those we’ve lost, and remind others that they are never alone. 💜🩵

On September 16 at 8:30 a.m., please join us for a 4.4-Mile Veteran Su***de Awareness Walk, beginning at Grand Saline Veterans Park. (We will be meeting at military tank)

🇺🇸 While this walk has a special focus on veteran su***de awareness, everyone is welcome. Su***de impacts families and communities from every walk of life. If you have lost a family member, friend, veteran, first responder, battle buddy, or anyone you loved to su***de, we encourage you to join us and walk in their honor and memory.

This is a walk for awareness, support, remembrance and hope. Every life lost matters. Every family affected matters. And every person who may be struggling needs to know there are people willing to walk beside them.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families that are affected by this fire and to the fire fighters and first responders working it.

Just got an update from the Watch Duty wildfire watch app, and the Corky Fire in Wills Point is now updated at 300 acres involved and according to the app is 10% contained. I just found this app, not sure as to its accuracy. If you can report, please update.
