Friends for Animals Adoption Shelter We are a no-kill shelter and our goal is to place spayed/neutered pets, who due to no fault of their own have lost their homes, back into loving homes.

Friends for Animals is a small non-profit, no-kill adoption shelter. We can house 10-20 dogs in our facility. The grounds consist of heated/air conditioned kennel space. In nice weather our dogs are able to exercise in outdoor play yards. Our adoption area and meet/greet room is housed in a white frame house.

Dickens had such a busy day running Friends for Animals today. He was involved in water testing, laundry room duty, & even lawn care duties! This is on top of his crate skills & leash walking skills. Dickens is a 1 year old male Lab mix who is full grown in the 50 lb., range. Dickens is friendly & playful. This cutie is named Carmen & she's is a 11 week old female mixed breed. We're guessing that she'll be in the 50 lb., range, full grown--she currently weighs a whopping 17 lbs., at only 11 weeks! Carmen has normal puppy energy & will soon be starting leash/crate training. ROLO HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

Reese (female) & Rolo (male) are 10 week old Husky/Aussie mixes. Reese currently weighs about 11 lbs. & Rolo is about 12 lbs. & we're guessing that they'll be about 50 lbs., full grown. These puppies are friendly but they are very energetic. They will be starting leash & crate training soon.
