Congratulations to FFA member Dylan Garrison for placing 2nd Overall at the 2026 WV Cattlemen’s Classic Judging Contest!

This contest was held at the State Fair of West Virginia on Sunday.

Taylor County FFA placed 3rd overall in the ‘24-‘25 State Sweepstakes Competition

The Land Judging and Homesite Evaluation team has qualified to compete at the National Land Judging Contests in Oklahoma this spring.

The Parliamentary Procedure Team and Conduct of Chapter Meetings Team have both qualified to compete at the National FFA Convention this fall.

A special thanks goes to past FFA Advisor Mr. Zach Tennant for helping these students qualify for the state contests and coaching students through the month of June.

Dylan and Daegan did great too, placing in the top 10 in both.

Congratulations to our new Soils Team for winning the Tri-District Land Judging Contest yesterday.

Dylan, Daegan, Madix, and Jeff will compete next Tuesday at Regional.

Special shoutout to Ashton and Tiffany for working hard to learn new skills with soil science as well! They competed as alternates and did a good job too.
