Behind every mission is a team of people serving quietly, sacrificially, and often unseen.
Our Jehovah Jireh team is made up entirely of volunteers who give their time, energy, resources, and hearts because they believe deeply in what God is doing through this mission. Every call, message, translation, meeting, and mile traveled happens outside of normal jobs, families, and responsibilities. It is all done simply because we love the Lord and we love these kids.
Today we want to give a special shoutout to one of our incredible team members, Toyi.
Toyi is our boots on the ground in Togo. He helps bridge communication between our team here and the leaders there, this often requires translation, connects with the pastor and the orphanage leadership, and makes the trip from Lomé out to the village to personally check on things when we, in the US, cannot be there ourselves.
Serving in this way takes real sacrifice. The time, travel, and personal cost involved are significant, and Toyi shows up with a willing heart again and again. His commitment to these children and to this mission reflects the kind of faith that quietly moves mountains.
Toyi doesn’t do this for recognition. He does it because he loves the Lord and he loves these kids deeply. His faithfulness is a powerful reminder of what God can do through someone who simply says yes.
Our whole team is grateful for you, Toyi. Thank you for being the hands and feet on the ground and a true champion for these children. Your impact reaches farther than you know. 🤍
