Hope to see you tonight at the Medalion Opera House in Gorham at 6:00. Come voice your opinion on why we should keep snowmobile access to the downtown area. Please try and attend and stay informed and let our voices be heard. This is an informational meeting about the new sidewalk plan! Losing this access will change Gorham and winter snowmobile tourism in our area and be detrimental for Gorham and the businesses that depend on it!!! Please share this!!

Attention area Business owners and Riders. We are in danger of losing our access to local businesses for services in the town of Gorham. The town has applied for a and received grant money to have new sidewalks put through the downtown area. The rumor is they will no longer be allowing snowmobiles to ride the sidewalks in the winter to access YOUR place of business. This has been allowed in town for over 35 years. I urge you to attend the informational meeting about this at the Gorham Town Hall, in the Medallion Theater on May 11th @ 6:00pm. Business owners need to voice their opinions and be heard on how this could impact your business. I have approached the town multiple times on this to try and explore some alternatives to still allow access, but it seems that like it is falling on deaf ears. I know this time slot is tough for many of you restaurant owners but this is very important, please try and attend. We cannot fight this alone we need area businesses to help us. Hope to see you there. Please spread the word and share this post.

Time to stick a fork in it! Our trails are all closed at this time. Supposed to be warm all week until the weekend and we have lost a lot of snow. Thanks for riding our trails this season. Just because we are done grooming the work behind the scenes does not stop we are already working on trail improvements for next season. Would also like to thank our landowners without them we would not have any trails. Stay tuned!!

Good Morning Range Riders! With recent warm temps, rain and bright sun we will have unfortunately close the trail through town (Cor 19) to prevent any damage to private property. This means there is no access to food or fuel in Gorham so plan accordingly. The gates will be closed on each end later on today. I expect the rest of our system will also be closed in the next few days. We had a decent season that just ended to soon!

With warm weather coming later this week, tonight may have been my last groomer run for the season (hope not) but it was a good one! We will not be grooming down through town unless we get more snow. The trails from the new bridge north and west are still in very good shape for now.

Thanks to some very inconsiderate riders the Church Street Exit to get to Mr. Pizza the Quality Inn and other businesses is now closed! Gorham PD will be notified and any sleds ridding down this street may be impounded!

Attention Riders! Riding on peoples lawns along Church St. and or Main St. is strictly prohibited. When people stake of their lawns and then you go around the stakes is just plain stupid! The Church Street exit to get to Mr. Pizza and the Hotel is in jeopardy of being closed because of a few idiots! If you don't want to ride a half mile or more of dry pavement I would suggest parking your sled and walking or find another place to eat or stay!! I am guessing the idiots who do this type of thing do not belong to this sled group so please pass along.
