Berkeley Seniors will do a 2 hour delayed home delivered meal schedule on Monday due to the weather conditions.

Our St. Stephen wellness site will be closed for clients. Home delivered meals will go out on a delayed schedule unless road conditions prevent us from delivering.

Goose Creek and Moncks Corner sites will be open at 10:30 to clients. Neither site will be transporting clients to or from the senior center on Monday. Home delivered meals will go out on a delayed schedule unless road conditions prevent us from delivering.

Berkeley Seniors is proud to be a grant recipient of the Exchange Club of Charleston, whose support through the Coastal Carolina Fair helps organizations like ours serve our community all year long. 🎡

Now, it’s our turn to help give back by supporting Senior Day — Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Coastal Carolina Fair in Ladson, SC!

💙 Seniors (55+) and Special Needs Individual & Caregivers are invited to enjoy a day of fun, entertainment, and resources — with admission only $5 all day.
From 10 AM–2 PM, meet more than 60 community partners offering senior services, veteran support, health screenings, and job opportunities —

🩺 MUSC Outreach is bringing multiple teams to our National Day of Service (Senior Day). They will have teams providing:

Basic health screenings (blood pressure, A1C, blood sugar, BMI0,

Flu shots, COVID shots,

HIV testing,

Injury prevention education, nutrition education,

Sickle cell education. .

🎠 Free Merry-Go-Round rides, 🎯 Bingo, 🎶 music & performances, 💃 Senior Dance Contest, and more — all part of the Exchange Club’s National Day of Service!

Always great to see Mark Smith! He is such a great supporter of seniors in our community!

I really enjoyed welcoming many longtime friends in the senior service space to the SC Statehouse and catching up with Donna Cook, Exec. Dir. of Charleston Area Senior Citizens & Meals on Wheels, Dee Anne Miller, Exec. Dir. of Orangeburg County Council on Aging and Andrew Boozer, Exec. Dir. of Senior Resources. Thank you all for all you do daily for our seniors, their families and caregivers across SC!
