We owe a HUGE thank you to all of the students who attended the dance and the parents who made it happen.

Thank you to our INCREDIBLE volunteers, we couldn't do any of this without you. ❤️

🔊 Shout-out to the admin & staff for all of your support before, during and after today's festivities. We greatly appreciate you all.

*We were made aware that quite a few students were not able to get through the ice cream truck line at recess. We apologize for that and will continue to work with the school to work out a better plan for next time.

Last week, Carla resigned as the PTSO Volunteer Coordinator as her and her family move on to a new school. We wanted to take a moment to recognize Carla (and her family!) for all of the support you've given over the last year. You will be missed & we hope your new school community welcomes you with open arms.

🚨🚨🚨🚨Three more days until FUN Friday at MMSOA!

*Please note the menu for Food Truck Friday has changed!

🥤Mariners Market open 7:35 - line closes at 7:55 to allow time for students to finish shopping and get to homeroom! Cash is needed if students don't have market credit from family membership!

🧊🍧Whip It Good will be on site for students, teachers & Staff! The menu has changed since the one sent out earlier this week. Whip It Good accepts card and cash.

💃🕺 Back to School Dance is 3-5pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance using the link in the comments (or in our bio!). Tickets will be sold at the door but the line may be slightly longer! Just a friendly reminder that students are not allowed to leave campus and return to the school for the dance. All students attending will head straight to the cafeteria at dismissal!

We are in need of several volunteers for Friday. Please reach out if you're available and interested in helping make these memorable events a success! 🥰

👀 Attention MMSOA parents:

🥳Help your student kick off the year at the 6th–8th Grade Back-to-School Dance!

The dance is Friday, August 28th, directly after school. Pickup is at 5pm.

🎫You can buy their $5 admission ticket ahead of time via the QR code on the flyer or the link in the comments! All they will need to check in is their last name so no need to print anything, we've got that covered!

🥤Drinks, snacks and candy will be available to purchase for $1-2.

🥳 This Friday is going to be such a FUN day for MMSOA students!

Every once in a while we like to bring in a dessert truck so our students can have a special treat!

During recess on August 28th, students will have the option to purchase a sweet treat from Whip It Good Ice Cream!

Take a look at the menu with your student so they can be ready to order. The line moves quickly so they'll need to be ready!

Please note, there is not a prepay option. Students must bring cash or their own card in order to purchase.
