During the month of May we had 3 applicants and an additional 4 in the first 10 days of June. Our board members worked very hard to field information to take votes and make quick decisions to help in any way we can. Sometimes that is by offering other resources for people who dont fall within our mission, trying to find partners to help us support the asks, or helping with the necessities.
We are happy to note that we were able to financially support all of the requests in some capacity. WE did it- and YOU are part of the WE:)

Today some of the GSG team participated in the hike to end Alzheimers. They chose one of the 4,000 footers in NH and conquered it together. They summited East Osceola in honor of 2 of our board members (Heather and Kate) mom, Alice- who is living with Alzheimers. 
Cheers to doing hard things- with support.

This year, Granite State Generosity did not actively participate in Giving Tuesday. However, thanks to the incredible kindness and generosity of several supporters who chose to think of us today, we received donations that made an immediate impact.

Because of your support, we were able to help a woman battling cancer who is struggling to afford food and personal care items during her treatments. We were also able to assist a young man in need of critical dental care. Your generosity enabled us to help even more people this month than we had originally planned.

After learning that assistance was on the way, one recipient said, “You guys are angels.”

But the truth is, they weren’t talking about us.

They were talking about YOU.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us make a difference when it matters most. ❤️
