Goffstown Destination Imagination alum Griffin "The" Hansen shows the power of creativity with his animated short "Within The Crystal Hills". Hansen Directed, Edited, and co-wrote the film with Producer Christina Caralis. The pair collaborated with a very talented team to produce a beautiful love story that presents an endearing legend for our most beloved NH icon. The film has been nominated to be the Official NH Animated Short and testimony will be heard in the NH General Court on 2/12/25. We want to give a HUGE congratulations to Destination Imagination alum, Daniel Scheinert, and co-director, Daniel Kwan, who took home the trophy for Best Director at the Academy Awards last night for their film “Everything Everywhere All at Once.” Known as “The Daniels,” the writing-and-directing duo also took home an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay. In his acceptance speech, Sheinert honored his teachers (mostly public school teachers) and parents for having a profound impact on his life, including his education, his inspiration, and his creativity.

Nominated for 11 Oscars, “Everything Everywhere All at Once” also won Best Picture, Best Actress for Michelle Yeoh, Best Supporting Actor for Ke Huy Quan, and Best Supporting Actress for Jamie Lee Curtis.

Hi everyone. I'm the Destination Imagination Coordinator here in Goffstown and I want everyone to know that there is still time to join a Destination Imagination team, but we need to sign students up quickly to take advantage of lower rates and also to give more time to solve challenges. I've been off to a sluggish start this year due to communication channel changes since the pandemic and family illness but I want interested students to be able to get started in this fabulous program. For more than 20 years, Dr. Frank Begun enthusiastically helped guide and create the foundational culture around pin trading in the Destination Imagination community. GHS presents 'Into the Woods', live, (Yes, Live!!!), on July 29th, 30th and 31st at 7pm at the Goffstown High School Hieber Theater.

The 2020-21 DI season is coming to a close, but Camp Gottalikachallenge is just getting warmed up! Gotta Camp provides fast-paced adventures in problem solving. Campers' days are filled with hands-on learning and challenging activities guaranteed to get their creativity flowing. Campers are encouraged to share their talents, to take risks, to recognize their similarities and differences, to be inclusive, become leaders, and have FUN!

This summer we are offering two overnight sessions:

Overnight Session 1: July 25-30 @ Camp Pride in New Durham, NH
Overnight Session 2: Aug 8-13 @ Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH
