We are thrilled to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Legacy Leadership Group and owner, Andrea!

Andrea has called Godley home for the past five years, and this community holds a special place in her heart. Her son is a proud graduate of Godley High School, and after spending the last 20 years in education, Andrea is embarking on an exciting new chapter with her business, Legacy Leadership Group!

Legacy Leadership Group is a professional consulting and mediation firm dedicated to helping leaders and organizations navigate change, resolve conflict, and build sustainable strategies for success.

But that’s not all - Andrea is bringing Leadership Godley to our community!

After establishing leadership programs in Crowley and Benbrook, Godley is next! This exciting 6 month leadership program is designed to help participates:

ALLOS!

This month, we are excited to shine the spotlight on Allos, a family-based business creating handmade jewelry and beautifully woven baskets.

At the heart of Allos is a story of family, faith, hard work, and purpose. The business began from a desire to support owner, Rosemary's, family in Ghana, West Africa, turning creativity and craftsmanship into an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Today, Allos offers unique, handmade pieces that are both authentic and affordable, with Christian and family values at the center of the business.

Handmade with Heart
Allos is truly a family affair. Each family member plays an important role in bringing the products to life—one creates the jewelry, another weaves the baskets, and another handles the design and printing of T-shirts. Together, they create products that are made with care and a whole lot of heart.

One of the things Allos is most proud of is the ability to use proceeds from the business to support family in Ghana. Looking toward the future, the goal is to expand into new areas and reach even more people.

Rosemary has also learned an important lesson along the way: value your work. Handmade products require significant time, effort, and skill, and it can be easy to underestimate their worth. For Allos, learning to recognize the quality and craftsmanship behind each piece has been an important part of the journey.

A Business Built on Values
Honesty, integrity, and truth are the values that guide Allos and the way customers are served. But perhaps what brings the most joy is seeing the excitement on a customer's face when they discover and purchase something truly authentic.

Rosemary has an important belief: jewelry has no cultural boundaries and knows no color. It's meant to be enjoyed, appreciated, and shared by everyone.

Finding a Home in Godley
Rosemary has called Godley her home for two years. Being part of the Godley community has also played an important role in Allos's journey. Participating in the Godley Fall Fest last October helped turn the dream of having a business into a reality.

When asked what she enjoys most about Godley, the answer is simple: the community and the people.

Allos also credits networking as one of the most important pieces of advice she has received as a business owner. Getting out, meeting people, and sharing your business can make all the difference when you're trying to grow.

You can currently find Allos as a vendor at the Granbury Farmers & Artisans Market, held every Saturday at Hewlett Park in Granbury. She will also be at the Godley Fall Fest! Stop by and say hello!
