For 250 years, a story has been written...

A story of courage and sacrifice.

Of hope that endured through uncertainty.

Of ordinary people who believed that freedom was worth protecting.

Today, as we celebrate America's 250th birthday, we pause with grateful hearts. Not only for the blessings of this nation, but for the God whose faithfulness has never failed.

Scripture reminds us, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord."

Through every generation, God has remained our refuge, our strength, and our hope.

As we honor those who gave so much for the freedoms we enjoy, may we also remember the greatest freedom ever given. Freedom from sin through Jesus Christ.

May we never take for granted the privilege to worship freely, to love boldly, to serve faithfully, and to share the hope of the Gospel.

As we look to the future, may we seek God's wisdom, pursue His righteousness, and leave a legacy of faith for the generations still to come.

From all of us at Epic Church, Happy Independence Day.

May God continue to bless our families, our community, and the United States of America.

And may His name always be exalted above every nation, every generation, and every heart.

Apostle Lee Tyson of Kingdom Works Global Ministries, author of “Spiritual Parenting: Renewing the Hearts of Leaders, “The Journey between Pain and Promise and “A Community of You.”
Since his first encounter with the Lord, Tyson had felt his calling, and begun preaching. Tyson preached his first sermon at the age of 12. He is known as a gifted preacher and teacher, and his prophetic precision keeps his ministry in great demand. He is known for his wisdom and passion for souls, and most of all, his love for God.
