If you’re heading out in downtown Tulsa this Saturday, plan ahead and make a safe choice.
* ⚠️ Oklahoma’s aggravated DUI law has expanded. Certain conduct while driving under the influence — including certain crashes, reckless driving, eluding, excessive speeding, or having a minor passenger — can elevate the offense to aggravated DUI.
* 🌿 Ma*****na DUI is still DUI. Having a medical ma*****na license does not make it legal to drive while impaired.
* 🚨 Penalties can be serious. Aggravated DUI is treated as a felony under the expanded law, so plan ahead before you get behind the wheel.
