Gates open Friday 1pm.
Please do not park behind bucking chutes, that is reserved for board members and certain volunteers.
Dry Camping available at front or back of grounds. No stalls available, unless purchased through Dawn Watt, please bring portable pens or tie to trailer otherwise.

Mandatory check in 6:30-7:30am at the concert stage
Goat Tying West Side of Arena 7:00am Subject to Change.
Mandatory Ground Rules 7:45am by the outdoor concert stage. Please come on foot no horses allowed at ground rules.
Grand Entry 8:15am
Rodeo To Follow Immediately.

Saturday after rodeo:
We are goong to be working on some clean up as well as getting tables set up for the banquet. With more help, the quicker it will go.

Trunk-or-treat: starting at 5:30pm

Saturdays truck-or-treat will start at 6pm

This will allow for us to get things cleaned up after the rodeo and for people to get their trunks set up.

We will be cleaning up for the season, and getting some things ready for the banquet. The more help we have from members the quicker it will go.

It’s Rodeo week!
We have decided to hold a dessert/baked goods silent auction during our awards banquet. All money raised will go towards next years awards.

If you would like to contribute a dessert, please let us know in advance .

We appreciate everyone’s support and contributions throughout the rodeo season!

Sunday we will be holding our awards banquet.
GMVA is hosting a delicious tritip lunch for us. Members plates will need to be purchased.
