Good evening, all! On Saturday, we held our 2nd annual winter Burbank Bash Euchre Tournament at the Gas City Moose. Congratulations to Jackson Jones and Scott Lindley for winning the tournament!

First and foremost, we want to thank the community for showing up and showing out time and again to support our foundation and our mission to help students that positively impact our community achieve their dreams. We cannot put into words how much it means to the Burbank family that so many people braved the snow storm for us!

Due to your support, we have been blessed to raise over $10,000 in 2025!!!! Again, our thankfulness for the community cannot be overstated. We are ecstatic to announce that your generosity has allowed us to increase the amount of our three (3) scholarships by FIFTY PERCENT (50%)!!! We hope that the increased amount will not only provide a substantial reward to students that make our community a better place but also relieve some of the monetary pressures that are associated with technical school and/or continued education after high school. It is our intention to continue to increase the amount awarded as the foundation continues its growth!

We wish that we could name every single individual that has assisted us and supported our mission along the way. Burbank Bash Euchre Tournament Nov. 29 at the Gas City Moose. Registration will open at 4pm and cards fly at 5pm. we will play 8 rounds. $25 a team includes $5 of chips for when you get euchred. You can purchase extra chips for euchre loaner pot as needed. Rules below. Sign up at the moose or the day of the Burbank Bash. Raffle for gift baskets will be posted soon.

-Round Robin tournament with 8 rounds.
-Each team will have a schedule that designates which table and team you will play each round.
Rounds:
-Each person will deal the cards twice in each round regardless of whether every player passes or not.
-First Black Jack will start the deal. The person sitting by the table number will deal the cards. Must offer a cut before each deal.
-Schedules will be used to keep track of game and scores for each hand and must be verified by the opposing teams initials on the score card.
- Points will be tallied for each hand and can score more than 10 points in a game.
- PRIZES for teams with the 1st, 2nd , and 3rd most points.
- Ties will be determines by a euchre off. (1 game)
-Loaners will be tracked on your Teams score card.
- The person with the most loaners will win the loaner/Euchred pot.

The Burbank Bash Co****le Tournament was a BLAST! Congratulations to our winners! Thank you to everyone who came out to support our mission despite the heat. We are committed to awarding MORE scholarships than ever before because of your continuous generosity! As always, thank you to the Gas City Moose for everything. Extra thank you to Bob, Missy, and Terrie from the Moose for their help with everything! Finally, I want to give a special to Chop and his team for helping the event run seamlessly.
