Central Indiana Bluegrass Association CIBA Promoting the tradition and culture of Bluegrass Music Our organization has been together for about 40 years led by the late great Jack Davis.

After his passing in 2022, Debbie Lanning, Bob Auth, Karol Wainscott, and Linda Ousley stepped up to help our long-time beloved secretary, Audra DeMarcus. We love Bluegrass and we work to preserve the history, spirit, and traditions of the music. We embrace our senior members as they have ensured the success of our organization. ana Bluegrass Association sponsors the youth workshop at Winding Creek Bluegrass Festival to expose our young people to the music and encourage them to pick up an instrument. If you would like to join our journey the membership in $10.00 and $15.00 for couples. Please send your dues to Central Indiana Bluegrass Association, P.O. Box 167 Gas City, IN 46933. We send a monthly newsletter about local jams and festivals.

This weekend is Winding Creek Bluegrass Festival!! August 13-16!

CIBA will have a table where you can become a member, purchase some merchandise, and participate in our 50/50 raffle! Below are some rules and collection times for Friday and Saturday of the festival for 50/50.

50/50 Rules and Collection Guide
-Cash Only
-Can purchase at the CIBA table all day, volunteers will go around to the crowd and collect 2 times on each day (Friday & Saturday)
-Winner will be announced before the last band plays each night at approximately 9:50pm
-If the buyer is not present for the winning raffle announcement, another ticket will be drawn.
-We will take everyone's phone number down who buys a ticket in case of a rain out, and we will text the numbers for the raffle announcement.
-(optional) We can put any participant's number on a "Friends of CIBA" Texting list (for CIBA sponsored and other jams, updates on festivals, CIBA updates, etc.) if they wish.
