Two new members-only programs are starting soon at JAM Center!
JAM Run Club is a welcoming weekly group for runners and active adults looking to build endurance, stay motivated, and train alongside a supportive community. Join our session starting on June 3rd!
We’re also introducing a free Personal Training Intro Session with Rachel Bingham on Tuesday, June 2nd, from 6:00–6:45 p.m. This session is designed to help you learn more about personal training, experience Rachel’s coaching style, and feel confident taking the next step in your fitness journey.
