It was a week overflowing with rhymes! We finished up our two kids camps this past Friday with a bang. Our young performers reminded us of our younger years with their Nursery Rhyme Remix, and then our older kids kept the storytelling going with the classics of Dr. Seuss 🎶🎭

They danced! They sang! They acted! They learned a whole lot about theater and had fun while doing it!

Thank you to the Galion Community Education Foundation for making this opportunity affordable and accessible.

Thank you to our incredible youth board alumni (Lily, Elina, Zach, and Raven) for planning and executing the camps.

AND! Thank you to our current youth board members for sponsoring a week full of snacks and helping with all our young actors.

We have been having a SUPER fun week at both of our GCT Kids Camps.

Our youngest actors (ages 5-8) have been rhyming all week! They've been learning songs, exploring the theatre, getting comfortable on stage, and making crafts for their set. Come out TOMORROW (Friday, June 5th) at 11:30am to see their performance.

Our older actors (ages 9-12) have been exploring all of the stories of Dr. Seuss! They've been singing, dancing, learning, and having a ball. We've got one more day of camp, and they will be performing their little play at 5:00pm on Friday, June 5th.

These performances are FREE for the public, but we always accept donations to go toward our mission.

These two kids camps would not be possible without the generous support of the Galion Community Education Foundation. Thank you for making theatre education at GCT possible this summer.

THANK YOU to our GCT Youth Board Alumni and current college students, Lily Ebner, Raven Stork Sharrock, Zach Oris, and Elina Gilland for working so hard on these camps.

Lastly! Thank you to our current GCT Youth Board members who have sponsored the snack all week long for both camps, and who have helped out each and every day.

UPDATE! The dog has been returned home! Thanks to everyone for sharing!

Hi friends! We found this little cutie running around N. Union by the theatre tonight. After capturing this quick boy, we knocked on some doors, but didn't find the owner.

If you are looking for this sweetie, he will be at the Crawford County Humane Society. Please share 🐾

Edit: the boxes are full! One of our volunteers is keeping him overnight, and we will take him in when they open.
