Setting up a room for comfort and functionality is key. You get your bed, bedside table, and lamp. Dressers are placed strategically, and storage for linens is readily available. This setup ensures a practical and organized living space.

It's an adult-only living situation where everyone is respectful and no one touches your stuff. Even Mr. Larry walks around comfortably in his boxers.🫣🤣

Curious about your living situation? This does not have to be a temporary stay; it's about independence. As long as you follow program rules and are able to live independently, you're welcome to stay. For private residences or single-family units, other options are available if you qualify and can afford them.

Understanding your housing eligibility means understanding the enrollment and program fees. While we can hold a spot for a week, prompt payment ensures fairness for all applicants needing housing.

🚨 TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO ENROLL! 🚨

If you’ve been following Safe Haven Rentals thinking, “I want to do something like this, but I don’t know where to start,” tomorrow’s class is for YOU. 🏡

On September 1st, I’m going LIVE to teach my Shared Living Masterclass and break down the actual process behind building a structured shared living program.

Not just what you see on social media, but the BUSINESS behind it.

From identifying your population and setting up the program, to properties, systems, partnerships, referrals, filling your program and GROWTH.

I’ve been doing this since 2016, and today Safe Haven Rentals has grown to 5 programs and 22 beds. Tomorrow, I’m pulling back the curtain and teaching from my actual experience.

🎥 LIVE via Zoom

📅 September 1st

Enrollment closes TODAY, August 31st.

If you’ve been saying “one day I’m going to start,” don’t let another opportunity turn into another one day.

You’ve heard me talk about Safe Haven Rentals A LOT… but I realized there’s something even more important than hearing it from me.

Hearing it from one of my program members. 🏡❤️

So I sat down with Mr. Jeffrey and we just TALKED. He’s so interesting, I almost didn’t even think to set the camera up🤣😅. But I’m glad I did. 🥹

No script. No rehearsed answers. He just spoke freely about what it’s actually like being part of Safe Haven Rentals, what he likes, how the program has helped him, the community, the structure, and yes… we even got into the infamous CURFEW. 😂

I think conversations like this are important because social media usually only gives you little clips of what I do.

You see me explain the rules.

You see the funny moments.

You see me running the programs.

But you don’t always get to hear from the program members actually experiencing it.

And THAT perspective matters.

This is only a snippet of our conversation. 👀

🎥 The FULL raw and unscripted conversation with Mr. Jeffrey is now on my YouTube:

Go watch it and then come back and tell me what stood out to you the most.

“What if someone WORKS past curfew?”

They go to work! 😂👏🏾

Safe Haven Rentals serves independent adults, and our program structure is not designed to interfere with someone maintaining employment.

We have participants who work overnight shifts right now. Their schedules are communicated to us, so returning after their scheduled shift isn’t treated the same as simply choosing to stay out past curfew.

That’s an important distinction.

STRUCTURE should support stability, not interfere with it.

The goal isn’t to control grown adults. It’s to create reasonable expectations, communication and accountability so multiple people can successfully share the same environment. 🏡

Keep asking these questions because I’m realizing there are a LOT of things about structured shared living that people genuinely want to understand. 👇🏾
