1 Semi-Private Room Available | Program Manager Position
PLEASE NOTE: This is a live-in position that offers a reduced monthly program fee in exchange for assisting with management responsibilities within Safe Haven Rentals L.L.C.
Current availability is limited to MALE applicants only due to the existing lodging arrangements.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
✅ Assisting with daily program operations and maintaining an organized living environment.
✅ Helping ensure program members follow established program rules, policies, and procedures.
✅ Monitoring cleanliness and upkeep of common areas.
✅ Conducting routine walkthroughs and reporting maintenance concerns or damages.
✅ Assisting with coordinating scheduled cleaning, inspections, and maintenance visits.
✅ Communicating program-related concerns, incidents, or policy violations directly to the Director.
✅ Assisting with welcoming and orienting newly enrolled program members.
✅ Helping maintain a peaceful, respectful, safe, and structured shared-living environment.
✅ Serving as an on-site point of contact for general program-related matters when authorized.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 30 years of age.
• Must have a valid government-issued ID and verifiable income.
• Must be responsible, dependable, respectful, and able to communicate effectively.
• Must be capable of living independently.
• Must demonstrate leadership, accountability, and sound judgment.
• Must be willing to follow and uphold all Safe Haven Rentals program policies & procedures.
• Previous management, supervisory, or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
