MMH was honored to receive a Summit Grant from Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama. This week, David Cochran, our Executive Director presented on the impact of this grant on MMH. Organizations like this help make our mission a possibility and reality. 💙💚

When Attalla Superintendent Matt Miller stepped into his new role, we approached Attalla City Schools about a mental health partnership. He welcomed the opportunity and allowed us to pursue collaborative grant funding on the district’s behalf.

Today, we received the exciting news that the grant has been selected for funding!

Through this award, a full-time licensed mental health professional will serve students at Etowah Middle School/Etowah High School for the next five years. Even better, students will have access to free mental health services year-round, including during the summer months.

We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity to support the students and families of Attalla City Schools. To God be the glory! 💙💚💙💚 Psalm 126:3
