Rebuilding Together Stephenson County Rebuilding Together Stephenson County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit neighbors-helping-neighbors organization that provides home repairs to people in need.

MISSION STATEMENT: To bring volunteers from numerous organizations together to build communities that improve the lives of low income homeowners. VISION: To work hand-in-hand to address the growing blight and make Stephenson County, Illinois, safe and vibrant. GOAL: To repair homes in Stephenson County, Illinois falling into disrepair for owners could not afford to fix them.
