Third Quarter Update:
These numbers are from January through the end of September
Families Served: 2,708 vs last year 2,772.
Individuals Served: 6,678 vs last year 6,733.
Total Pounds of Food Donated/Rescued: 186,000 vs last year 143,482.
Total Volunteer Hours: 3,556 vs last year 3,024.
We have helped the following pantries and charities: Little White Water Baptist Food Pantry, Marquand First Baptist Food Pantry, Iron County Food Pantry, Cedar Bottom Ministries, Fredericktown School Catpack program and Woodland school area churches providing care and meals to students on Mondays.

Even though we have seen a decline in families served, we are still touching families in ways that are not able to be tracked. We are always looking for ways to help families in our community. In September we started a distribution day on the last Saturday of every month, so we can reach families that cannot make it to our Tuesdays or Thursdays distributions. As our community begins to feel the pressure of rising gas and grocery prices we want to be there for them. We are in need of volunteers to help with pickups, helping sort food when it comes in, repackaging bulk items, cleaning and even a warm smile to our folks when they come in. We are open today!!! This is our first distribution on a Saturday. We will be open the 4th Saturday of the month from 10 to 12 and we will still be here every Tuesday and Thursday 12 till 2. Come see us today!!

We are going to have our hours expanding. For folks that visit us during our normal time, we ask that you continue to visit us when you have been coming. For families and individuals that work and can not make it we are beginning a new Saturday distribution. The last Saturday of the month, we will be open from 10 till 12. If you receive snap benefits or Medicaid you qualify. Attached also is a breakdown of monthly income guidelines. We hope to serve families that can not get here during the week day hours. Our team looks forward to seeing you.
