📢 PLEASE READ — SHOW RULES & CLARIFICATION

We had quite a few questions and some frustration at today’s show regarding some of our rules, so we want to take a moment to clarify them for everyone going forward. ❤️

CROSS ENTERING:
Peewee, Youth, and Adult classes CANNOT be cross-entered. The ONLY class that may be cross-entered is Equitation(peewee showing youth) . Please keep this in mind when entering future shows.

PONY REQUIREMENT: 🐴
Our pony requirement is 50" or under. It does not matter whether your horse has a card, is registered as a pony, or has been called a pony elsewhere. If it measures over 50", it does not qualify for our pony classes.

This rule is in place for SAFETY PURPOSES and will be enforced consistently.

RIDER/COMBO FEES: 💰
The fee is $5 per class OR $25 for the whole show per rider/combo.

For example: If one rider has 3 horses, that rider is entering 3 separate rider/horse combos and would pay accordingly.

Buckle series- a one time $25 buckle series fee will be paid by contestants PER HORSE. If you want to compete for 3 buckles on 3 horses, that's $75 ($25x3)

We understand that we have made some changes this year.... and added new rules, and we appreciate everyone's patience as we get everything established. However, these rules have been posted on our show bills, posted on Facebook, and repeatedly communicated prior to the show.

Please take a few minutes to read the rules before coming to each show so there are no surprises at the gate or during entries. We want everyone to have a fun, fair, and SAFE experience.

🐴 What a great day at the Madison County Saddle Club! 🐴

We had 64 entries at today’s 2nd Buckle Series Show! Thank you so much to everyone who came out, rode, volunteered, helped behind the scenes, and supported the club. ❤️ We appreciate every single one of you!

If anybody gets lost, come ing to our show today, here are directions

DIRECTIONS
From Highway 67
-Take Walmart Exit and follow Business 67 east approximately 1.1 miles to the courthouse square.
-Turn right and continue south on Business 67.
-Go one block and turn left (next to Post Office on East College Avenue.
-Follow East College for 4 blocks until you reach High Street.
-Turn right at High Street. (High Street turns into Bloomfield Road/Madison County Road 203).
-Stay straight through 5 stop signs after turning South on High Street until reaching the arena in 1.7 miles.

From 3-way stop on 72 Highway.
-Go South on Lincoln Drive (turn between Hardee's and Plaza Tire/ Lincoln turns into East Main.
-Continue straight at the 4-way until reaching East College Avenue.
-At East College (Hall Insurance Agency and 7th Day Adventist Church) make a left on to East College.
-In .2 miles turn right onto High Street. This road turns into Bloomfield Road and Madison County Road 203.
-Continue through 5 stop signs after turning south on High Street until reaching arena gates in 1.7 miles.
From Plaza Tire this is approximately 2.8 miles.
