The American Legion Post 12 was chartered on July 10, 1919 making it one of the first American Legion Post in the nation. We are located in Frankfort, Indiana.

We offer a variety of services and events to the community.

Jeff Anderson received County Veteran Service Officer (CVSO) accreditation from the Indiana Department of Veteran Affairs. Indiana is the first State in the US to require accreditation to ensure our veterans receive the professional assistance they deserve. Jeff is a Past Commander of American Legion Post 12 in Frankfort. Jeff is also accredited through the American Legion as well.

We have new asphalt on the parking lot today. Will be open for parking tomorrow. Be careful on the far side (opposite the flags) as it was rebuilt and will be soft for a few days.
