We had an amazing time serving as a vendor at the Walk by Faith Breast Cancer Walk! It was inspiring to stand alongside survivors, caregivers, and advocates.

Thank you to the organizers for having us! We were honored to share space on Pink Lane to spark vital conversations about kidney health and wellness. Together, we’re empowering our community with knowledge and hope! 🌸💚

Many people with kidney failure report that they were told they had to go on dialysis and were never given other options or choices. The ExPAND project is testing ways to improve the information patients have about all kidney replacement treatment options, including Active Medical Care without Dialysis (aka Conservative Management).

Join us today, Sunday, September 13th, at 3:30 p.m. ET as we welcome Dale Lupu, MPH, PhD to share more about how her team is changing the narrative surrounding treatment choices. You don't want to miss it. The Zoom information is on the flyer.

Happy Birthday to Sharron Rouse, our founder, executive director, advocate, mentor, encourager, leader, and so much more! You have dedicated your life to serving others, bringing hope to kidney warriors and their families, and reminding everyone you encounter that compassion can truly change lives.

You have a beautiful way of turning pain into purpose, challenges into strength, and strangers into community and family. Your leadership is more than a title—it’s a reflection of your heart.

Sharron, today we celebrate YOU—the woman behind all the hats, the heart behind the mission, and the light behind so much of the work. May this next chapter bring you the same love, joy, encouragement, and kindness that you pour into others so freely.

We love you. We honor you. We appreciate you. đź’š

Did you know you can lose up to 90% of your kidney function before noticeable symptoms appear?

That’s why kidney disease is known as the silent disease. Your kidneys can be under tremendous stress long before your body gives you warning signs.

The good news? Early detection can make a difference.

đź’š Monitor your blood pressure.
đź’š Keep your blood sugar under control.
đź’š Talk to your healthcare provider about your kidney health, especially if you have risk factors like diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of kidney disease.

Your kidneys work for you every single day. Make sure you’re doing the same for them.

💬 When was your last routine check-up? Share in the comments we’d love to hear from you.
