The At the Well ladies Bible study group's third week, encompassing Good Friday, was a resounding success. The ladies are indeed exceptional. Happy Easter weekend. Eagerly anticipating the commemoration of Resurrection Day!

Our At The Well Ladies Bible study has been a source of immense joy over the past two weeks. We came together to celebrate Ms. Joanna Wheeler with a heartfelt display of love and prayer as she enters a new phase of life. She will remain an integral part of our Fairlawn family and her departure will be deeply felt. Her outstanding character makes her a truly remarkable lady. We are grateful, ladies, for your tireless efforts in making this study so fantastic!

This Friday night, we're excited to launch our first Ladies At the Well Bible study with Priscilla Shirer at Fairlawn Family Church at 6 pm. If you're thinking of joining us but haven't registered yet, don't hesitate, it's never too late! COME JOIN US! The video sessions and group study will be incredibly empowering, with or without a book. Invite friends and come expecting. Remember, your presence is cherished and loved!

It was a joyful memorable evening of connection, stories, laughter and celebration for the ladies of AT THE WELL as we gathered for our 4th annual Christmas party. The Spirit of God’s presence was surely upon us as we broke bread together and sang Christmas carols and worship unto our Lord Jesus as our sister Chantell led us. There was excitement in the air!

Ladies, you are ever so valuable, loved and hold the greatest treasure within you. May the Spirit of Christ always abide in you.

Alternate Ending Devotional (day 4 of 5)

Day 4: Liberation Through Christ Alone

The struggle against sin and the chains that bind humanity is not something that can be overcome by sheer willpower or personal effort. The message of the Gospel is clear: true liberation from sin comes only through Jesus Christ. Acknowledging one's inability to save oneself and turning to Jesus is the path to freedom. This humbling truth is an invitation to rely not on one's own strength but on the redemptive work of Christ, who offers a way out of bo***ge and into a life marked by His grace and peace.

"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery." (Galatians 5:1 ESV)

Reflection:
What are the chains of sin or temptation that you are trying to break on your own? How can you surrender these areas to Jesus and seek His strength and freedom?
