Today, the Pi Beta Iota chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma, in collaboration with the Criminal Justice Club, conducted a trafficking symposium aimed at the students, faculty, and staff of Indian River State College. The symposium addressed various facets of trafficking, including human trafficking—encompassing both sexual exploitation and labor trafficking—as well as issues related to drug trafficking and counterfeit goods. Additionally, discussions highlighted the role of artificial intelligence and nihilistic acceleration in the context of online sadistic exploitation.
