Community Partnership Family Resource Center delivers programs and services that strengthen families.

Our vision is that all Teller County families are self-reliant, fully functional, and positive contributors to our community. Celebrating over 30 years of supporting Teller County families with programs for families of every shape and size, offering free or low-cost workshops and events for the whole family. You can engage in one of 20+ programs for the kids, the family, and the community, as well as additional essential resources. CP also facilitates in-school early childhood health programming to preschool through first grade students. CP works alongside parents, grandparents and caregivers with children from prenatal, toddlers, school aged, GED students, to those entering the workforce.. Whether you are looking to meet new families, struggling to cover bills or provide a meal, needing some parenting support, wanting to learn to prepare healthy meals or participate in community exercise classes, Community Partnership is here to help!

Join us for a special Car Seat Safety Playgroup at Community Partnership Family Resource Center on Friday, November 6th from 9:30–11:00 AM!

While kiddos play, our car seat safety facilitator from Southern Teller County HSD – Car Seat Tech/Injury Prevention will give an overview of car seat safety—with a little help from her teddy bear helpers! 🧸 Then, it’s YOUR turn to ask questions!

Bring your car seat questions, concerns, and “Is this right?” moments. There will be plenty of time for Q&A!

🧘‍♀️ Meet Our Guest Yoga Instructor!

You may have noticed that Leah hasn’t been teaching yoga the past few weeks. She is currently recovering from a double mastectomy, and we’re wishing her a smooth recovery. 💗

While Leah is away, we’re thrilled to welcome Marlette, who has stepped in as our guest instructor. Marlette has been teaching yoga for 12 years and is certified in Hatha Yoga, Yogalign, and Pranayama, with additional training in Kundalini Yoga. She’s new to the area and excited to practice with our CP community!

Yoga continues every:
🌿 Monday at 10 AM
🌿 Wednesday at 5 PM
