Food For Thought (FFT) is a nonprofit grassroots organization dedicated to meeting the nutritional needs of all persons living with HIV, COVID-19 and other serious medical conditions in Sonoma County. Founded in 1988, we currently provide services to thousands of people from all walks of life - as well as their dependent children - in a safe and welcoming environment.

DAF Day is Today! 💚

Throwing it back to our September Coffee & Conversations, where we gathered with Willow Creek Wealth Management at Taylor Lane Organic Coffee to connect, learn, and talk about the meaningful impact Donor-Advised Funds can have in our community. ☕️💬

to last week, when our Food Bank and Client Services teams came together to unload and sort a HUGE donation from Pasta Farm! 🍅🍉

This incredible delivery of tomatoes and watermelon weighed in at a whopping 936 pounds! This growing season alone, Pasta Farm has donated an amazing 2,278 pounds of fresh produce to help provide families in need with nutritious, farm-fresh food. 🥕

A huge THANK YOU to Pasta Farm for your incredible generosity and support! We’re so grateful for partners like you who help make a difference in our community. 💚

Farm-fresh food, shared with our neighbors. 🥕🍎

This week, our Programs Director, Helen Myers, made a special delivery of fruits and vegetables to the “Farmacy” produce cart at the Guerneville School.

Through this new partnership, we’ll make weekly deliveries to keep the cart stocked with free, nutritious food for students and their families to take home.

It’s one more barrier removed, making healthy, nourishing food more accessible throughout the county. 💚
