What a joy to present the 2026 Friends Scholarship to FGHS senior, Annie Goff. Annie will be attending Pacific University with plans to study elementary education and political science.

Summer Reading is in full swing! Stop by the library to sign up, now through August!

Kids and teens get a free book when they sign up and Adults are Reading for a Cause! We have something for all ages!

Don't forget about our big Summer Reading Kick-off on Saturday, June 13, from 12pm-1pm!

Music, chalk art, popsicles, water balloons, and more just outside the West entrance of the Library! Also, kids can pick up some extra special, EXTRA cute, stickers for their Summer Reading log!

Log those summer reading hours and help us support a great cause.

Adult Summer Reading is back at the library, and we’re excited to announce that this year’s READ FOR A CAUSE partner is Tualatin Riverkeepers!

If 150 adults each logged 4 hours a week of reading (print and e-books) and/or listening (audio books or podcasts) between now and August 31st, we'd easily pass our goal of 7,500 hours, AND we'd also unlock a $1,000 donation to Riverkeepers from the Friends of the Forest Grove Library to support planting native species across the Tualatin River watershed.

Join the Forest Grove Police Department on Saturday, June 6 at 2 p.m. in the Forest Grove City Library for a free, special presentation on preparing and guiding your teen toward getting their driving permit and license.

Can’t make this event? There will be a second session on Saturday, July 25.
