Welcome to Foley Public Schools!

Please join us in welcoming our new Activities Director, Matt Bueckers!

Matt is a Central Minnesota kid, graduating from Sauk Rapids-Rice in '09. He attended St. Cloud State University and received his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training, and his Masters Degree in Athletic Administration. He has served as the:

▪️Assistant Director of Sports Facilities and Event Management at SCSU from 2016-2019.
▪️Assistant Director of Concessions at SCSU from 2019-2020.
▪️Community Education Program Coordination at ROCORI from 2020-2022.
▪️Director of Activities and Recreation at Sauk Rapids-Rice from 2022-now.
▪️Multiple coaching roles, including baseball and basketball at the Middle School and Varsity levels.

Matt and his wife Brittany currently live in Sauk Rapids with their two sons, Benjamin-10 and Andrew-8. Much of his free time is spent coaching their baseball and basketball teams and supporting them in their activities.

Matt says he is incredibly excited to begin this new chapter and looks forward to getting to know the staff, students, and the Foley community. He is eager to learn more about Foley Activities and explore how he can best serve and support the district and community.

Meet the Foley Athletic Booster Club Board!

These are the faces behind the scenes working to support the students of Foley Public Schools through the Foley Athletic Booster Club. Our goal is to continue growing so we can help support all student athletics and fine arts programs throughout Foley Public Schools.

We are always looking for additional community members who would like to get involved and join the Booster Club!

As we look ahead, we will also be saying goodbye to Eric Inglis at the end of June as he transitions back to his hometown of Hutchinson. We sincerely thank Eric for his hard work and dedication to Foley Public Schools, especially his support of the Gala and weight room projects. His impact and commitment to our students and activities programs will truly be missed.

The Foley Athletic Booster Club is excited to announce the date for our 2nd Annual Gala!

After an incredible first year, we are already looking forward to another amazing evening celebrating and supporting Foley Public School Athletics and Fine Arts. Thank you to everyone who helped make last year such a success — we can’t wait to do it again!

This special night is all about supporting the past, present, and future of Foley students while bringing our community together for a fun and memorable evening.

As we continue reflecting on the incredible turnout for our 1st Annual Foley Athletic Booster Club Gala, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank our outstanding guest speakers who helped make the evening so meaningful.

Thank you to Chad Weisser for sharing the history of the Athletic Booster Club—why it was started, how it supported athletics at Foley Public Schools, and the dedicated people who helped build its foundation.

Thank you to Amanda Weis for speaking about what Fine Arts has meant to you and how it helped shape your past, present, and future.

Thank you to Jacob and Justin Bowland for sharing your experiences in athletics at Foley Public Schools, your journeys competing in college, and now giving back through coaching.

Thank you to Janel Hesch for highlighting the current needs of our programs and how the Booster Club can continue supporting students and opportunities at Foley Public Schools.

Because of you and your incredible support, the Foley Athletic Booster Club raised a little over $15,700 to support Foley Athletics and Fine Arts students!

Wow… what an incredible night! Our 1st Annual Gala was a success, and we truly cannot thank this community enough for the support, generosity, and excitement you brought to the event.

Today is the day! We are so excited and incredibly thankful for everyone joining us tonight for the Foley Athletic Booster Club Gala as we raise funds to support Foley Athletics and Fine Arts.

This is the first of what we hope will be many Galas to come, and we are grateful to everyone helping make it possible.
