💜 REAL QUESTIONS. REAL CONVERSATIONS. REAL GROWTH! 💜

Yesterday was such a beautiful day that we decided to take our Grace & Growth session outdoors! ☀️🌸 Sometimes a little fresh air and a change of scenery create the perfect atmosphere for meaningful conversations. So, we took our session right to the parking lot! 💜

We challenged our girls with one powerful question:

“If you could change one thing about how girls treat each other, whether at school, on social media, or in everyday life, what would it be and why?”

And our girls had something to SAY! 👏🏽💜

💜 WALKING WITH PURPOSE, RAISING AWARENESS! 💜

Yesterday, our Grace & Growth girls, the signature program of the Duane H. Tolen Sr. Foundation, proudly participated in the Domestic Violence Awareness Walk hosted by Diamond Diva Empowerment Foundation.

Despite the brisk morning, our girls, parents, and mentors showed up with purpose, walking in support of survivors and raising awareness about domestic violence. 💜

A special thank you to Diamond Diva Empowerment Foundation for organizing such a meaningful event and allowing us to be part of it!

At the Duane H. Tolen Sr. Foundation, we believe that empowering our youth means exposing them to real-life issues, teaching compassion, and encouraging them to become voices for positive change.

💜 OCTOBER IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH! 💜

Break the Silence. Support Survivors. Raise Awareness.

Domestic violence impacts far too many individuals and families in our communities. October is a time to honor survivors, remember lives lost, and stand together to promote awareness, prevention, and healing.

The Duane H. Tolen Sr. Foundation is proud to support this important cause as the young ladies of our signature program, Grace & Growth, prepare to participate in the Domestic Violence Awareness Walk with Diamond Diva Empowerment this Saturday, October 17th! 💜

Our girls have been busy creating awareness signs and learning that leadership goes beyond the classroom. It’s about compassion, courage, using their voices, and standing up for others.

Through experiences like this, we are empowering the next generation of young women to understand their worth, recognize the importance of healthy relationships, and become advocates for positive change.
