❤️ We are so grateful for the many wonderful people God continues to bring into the Rooms With Love family! Today, we celebrate one of those special blessings — Shane! He faithfully shows up week after week to help us deliver love to our community. We are so thankful God brought him our way!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Ryle Wrestling for an incredible Fill the Truck event supporting Rooms With Love! 💙

Two trucks FULL of donated furniture, furniture assembly, and a whole lot of teamwork! 💪 What an amazing example of what happens when a community comes together with one mission: transforming empty houses into homes filled with hope, comfort, and love.

Every dresser, every table, couch and chair donated represents more than furniture. It represents a fresh start, a place to gather, and a family beginning a new chapter with dignity.

To the Ryle wrestlers, coaches, families, and everyone who donated, showed up, lifted, carried, assembled, and served — THANK YOU! You didn’t just fill trucks. You helped deliver LOVE! ❤️

❤️ WHY WE DELIVER LOVE ❤️

Right here in Northern Kentucky, children are living in empty houses. Furniture poverty is real, and it impacts comfort, mental well-being, dignity, and hope.

Just last night, these two precious little ones experienced the impact of Rooms With Love. They were referred to us by Brighton Center.

A chair and couch brings comfort. Dressers bring organization. A bed brings a good night sleep. A once empty house became more like home. ❤️

Every dollar makes a difference! Rooms With Love is 100% volunteer-powered, and every dollar donated supports our mission of transforming empty houses into homes filled with love.

🚚 Help us put a new box truck on the road!

At Rooms With Love, every bed, table, and couch we deliver helps a local family turn an empty house into a home. But our growth has outpaced our wheels. To serve more families across Northern Kentucky, we need a new box truck, and we're raising $25,000 to make it happen.

What a week it has been for Rooms With Love! From Thomas More’s Saints Serve Day and our Bourbon House Pizza fundraiser, to sharing our mission with the ladies at Florence Methodist Church and being featured on FOX19 Morning News with Dan Wells — it has been a week full of opportunities to share our heart and mission with our community!

But here’s the beautiful thing… while we’ve been sharing the mission, the mission hasn’t stopped! 🙌 In fact, all of this has given us even MORE fuel to keep moving forward, grow our capacity, and deliver love to even more families who need a fresh start.

❤️ Here’s what LOVE DELIVERED looked like this past week:

🏡 We helped James fill his apartment in Dayton, KY, after being referred to us by Welcome House, Inc.

❤️ Wednesday night, we furnished a home for a mom and her daughter, referred to us by Total Recovery Services.

🙏 Thursday night, we fill med another home for a family referred to us by the The Ion Center For Violence Prevention.

🚚 And Thursday morning, our incredible friends Big Blue Moving loaded up and delivered furniture to a mom and her kiddos! Her feedback about how sweet the Big Blue crew was and how beautiful the furniture was reminds us that it’s about SO MUCH MORE than furniture. It’s about the kindness, dignity, hope, and love that come with it. ❤️

And last night, after picking up from some ladies that were assisting their neighbor who had to move into an assisted living community- we filled two more homes for neighbors that were referred to us by St. Vincent de Paul - Northern Kentucky St Pius Conference.

To all our Roomies — our volunteers, furniture donors, community partners, and the incredible people who have chosen to support Rooms With Love through monthly and yearly giving — THANK YOU! That’s a total of 15 individuals impacted by our Roomies! It is more than furniture. It’s dignity. It’s comfort. It’s stability. It’s love.

Ryle Wrestling is stepping on the mat with Rooms with Love to help families in our NKY community!

Are you downsizing, or have items you no longer need? If so, Ryle Wrestling and Rooms with Love will be hosting a “fill the truck” furniture drive to help families in our NKY community!

🗓️ Date & Time: October 24, 9-11:30 am

📝 Event purpose: Providing furniture for families in our community that have overcome challenging circumstances.

📍 Location details: Ryle High School, Union, KY

🤝 How to donate: Drop off items from 9-11:30 am

🪑 Items accepted: small kitchen tables (must be able to remove legs for storage), chairs, side tables, dressers, nightstands, sofas, chairs, clean bedding, towels, and lamps.

🚫 Items not accepted: electric reclining sofas or anything with broken pieces, pet hair, has stains or tears. Due to storage limits and delivery restrictions, we are not accepting large hutches or sofa beds.

💙 A BIG THANK YOU TO FOX19 AND DAN WELLS! 💙

We are so grateful for the opportunity this morning to join Dan Wells Wxix on FOX19 this morning to share the heart behind Rooms With Love! 🏡❤️

At Rooms With Love, we believe furniture is about so much more than furniture. It’s about providing hope, comfort, dignity, and a fresh start — transforming lives through the power of furniture, one heart at a time. ❤️

We pick up donated furniture in Boone, Kenton, and Campbell Counties and serve families referred to us through our community agencies, churches, and schools. These referrals connect us with individuals and families who are rebuilding their lives and turning an empty house into a home.

The need keeps growing, and we’re ready to grow with it! But to reach more families, we need a few BIG pieces to fall into place:

🏢 A larger warehouse to store and organize more donated furniture.

🚚 A dependable box truck to keep love moving into homes.

💙 Financial supporters who believe in our mission and want to help us reach more families.

Our team is 100% volunteer-powered. We have HUGE hearts, amazing Roomies, and a passion for serving our community — but our resources are limited. With the right space, reliable transportation, and financial support, we can say YES to more families who need a fresh start.
