Thank You

As I reflect on the incredible love shown to me during my 47th birthday, my heart is filled with gratitude—not simply because of the kind words, thoughtful gifts, cards, calls, messages, and prayers, but because each expression reminded me once again of God’s incredible faithfulness.

To my beautiful wife, my family, the Promised Seed Church family, fellow pastors, ministry partners, lifelong friends, and everyone who took a moment to celebrate with me…thank you.

Your encouragement has been a tremendous blessing.

Birthdays naturally invite us to look back, but they also remind us to look ahead with renewed faith. Every year of life is another testimony that God keeps His promises. Looking back over these forty-seven years, I can honestly say that the Lord has been faithful through every season—through moments of joy and seasons of testing, through victories and valleys alike. His grace has never failed.

Any influence my life or ministry has had is only because of Jesus Christ. He alone is worthy of the glory.

If my preaching has encouraged you, if my teaching has strengthened your faith, if a prayer has lifted your spirit, or if our ministry has helped you draw closer to Christ, then God deserves all the praise. My greatest desire has always been simple: to faithfully point people to Jesus and help make disciples who love Him with all their heart.

I remain convinced that our best days are still ahead—not because of who we are, but because of who He is.

Thank you for every prayer you’ve prayed over me and my family. Please continue to pray that I would remain humble, faithful, courageous, and fully surrendered to whatever the Lord has prepared next.

I pray that God richly blesses each of you as you continue walking with Him.

Thank you again for making this birthday one I will never forget.

May we continue growing together as disciples of Jesus Christ…

🎉 Today, we joyfully celebrate a truly remarkable woman of God—Mother Janice Denise Bynem! 💜

On behalf of Pastor Anthony Bynem, First Lady Janeene Bynem, and the entire Promised Seed Church family, we give thanks to God for blessing us with a woman whose life reflects unwavering faith, steadfast prayer, compassionate love, quiet strength, and enduring wisdom.

For 69 years, Mother Bynem has faithfully pointed others toward Christ—not only through her words, but through the beautiful example of her life. Her prayers have covered generations. Her wisdom has strengthened families. Her kindness has comforted many. Her love has reflected the heart of Jesus.

Yesterday’s sermon explored the power and abiding presence of peace. Peace is the ability to have perilous times but still have the abiding presence of God with you. To be able to stand flat-footed and say, “I shall not be MOVED.” Today if you are experiencing peril absent of peace you are NOT actively aware of His presence. Without that revelation your thoughts will be filled with anxiety and negativity robing you of your life. Today accept the challenge found in Philippians 4:5-8. Declare, “today peace is my portion” in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Heavenly Father,

Today, we come before You with grateful hearts for the precious gift of Jamal Marcell Bynem's life. Thank You for the kindness he shared, the love he demonstrated, and the quiet strength that reflected Your goodness to those around him.

Lord, we ask that You surround the Bynem family with Your comforting presence. Draw near to them as only You can, for Your Word declares that You are close to the brokenhearted and that You save those who are crushed in spirit.

Strengthen every family member, every friend, and every loved one who mourns his passing. Replace despair with hope, loneliness with Your presence, and sorrow with the assurance that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding both their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. When tears fall, remind them of Your faithfulness. When memories arise, let them bring gratitude as well as comfort.

May the promise of the resurrection continually renew their hope, knowing that because Jesus lives, death has been defeated and eternal life belongs to all who place their trust in Him.

Help each of us to honor Jamal's memory by walking in love, extending grace, showing compassion, and living lives that glorify Christ.

Until that glorious day when every tear is wiped away, and all things are made new, keep us faithful, hopeful, and steadfast in Your promises.

We entrust the Bynem family into Your loving hands, confident that You will sustain them day by day.

🤍 Forever Remembered | Celebrating the Life and Legacy of Jamal Marcell Bynem 🕊️

Sunrise: July 9, 1987
Sunset: January 9, 2025

Today we pause as a church family to honor and remember a life that blessed so many.

Jamal Marcell Bynem will always be remembered for his kind heart, genuine smile, quiet strength, loving spirit, and the compassion he showed to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his earthly journey has ended, the legacy of his life continues through every memory shared, every life he touched, and every act of kindness inspired by his example.

As followers of Christ, we find comfort in His promise:

“Let not your heart be troubled… I go to prepare a place for you.” (John 14:1–3)

While we grieve his absence, we rejoice in the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Our confidence rests not in our circumstances, but in the resurrection and the promises of God.

Today, we joyfully celebrate a woman whose life beautifully reflects the love, grace, and faithfulness of Jesus Christ.

First Lady Janeene has faithfully served God and His people with humility, compassion, wisdom, and unwavering faith. As a devoted wife, prayer warrior, encourager, and servant leader, she has touched countless lives through her kindness, strength, and Kingdom heart.

We thank God for every prayer she has prayed, every life she has encouraged, and every sacrifice she has made in service to God's Kingdom.

Today we honor the courage, faith, and perseverance of those who endured oppression and believed for a better future. Juneteenth reminds us that freedom delayed is not freedom denied.
As believers, we celebrate not only freedom from physical bo***ge, but the liberty found in Jesus Christ—the One who came to break every chain and set the oppressed free.
Remember our past.
Celebrate freedom.
Inspire hope.
