Our students had an amazing time today presenting to the Kiwanis Club!

Some of our Flintville middle and high school robotics students shared about their season, what they’ve learned, and how robotics is helping them build skills in engineering, teamwork, and problem-solving. They represented Lincoln County Robotics with professionalism, confidence, and pride.

But the best part? After the presentation, our students handed the controls over and let Kiwanis members run the robots themselves! It was a fantastic way to share the excitement of robotics and give our community a hands-on look at what our students are accomplishing.

Moments like these are what it’s all about — students building real-world communication skills, engaging with community leaders, and inspiring others through STEM.

A huge thank you to the Kiwanis Club for your continued support of our students and programs. Your encouragement and partnership truly make a difference!

After the competition was over we decided the kids needed to let loose for a bit so we headed to The Island for a well deserved break before heading home in the morning!

Second day of competition was a rough one! Lots to get used to with the new swerve drive and the problems they can have! The kids hung in there and did their best to represent the outcome wasn't as good as we expected! Learning-wise this competition was a win and we gained many new friends from other teams and connections for learning!

We would like to thank all of our amazing sponsors and our mentors, especially those who took the time to go with us, for everything they do! If it weren't for them, we would not have this learning opportunity that will take our students into their futures!
