🎣 Certified Angling Instructor Training 🎣

The Fishing Committee’s trainings have been very successful over the past year, and increasing the number of Angling Educators and Certified Angling Instructors remains a top priority.

This in-person advanced course is going to be a great experience and provides a promising future for unit leaders who want to incorporate fishing into their program. It goes even further by equipping participants with the knowledge, confidence, and resources necessary to host District, Camp, and Council fishing events.

Participants will also qualify to serve as Fishing and Fly Fishing Merit Badge Counselors, expanding opportunities for Scouts throughout our council.

Troop 327, Pack 38 and other leaders celebrated Scout Sunday at Church Lutheran in Islip Terrace. It was a wonderful turn out and an amazing way to celebrate the Birthday of Scouting, 2/8/26.
