Washington Metropolitan Chapter is one of 60 chapters of Community Associations Institute (CAI). Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI) serves the educational, business, and networking needs of the community association industry parts of Maryland and Virginia and the entire District of Columbia. Members include professional managers and community association volunteer leaders from condominium, cooperative, and homeowners associations as well as those who provide products and services to associations. Washington Metropolitan Chapter has more than 3,000 members including 300 businesses, 650 professional managers from nearly 100 management companies, and more than 1,700 community association volunteer leaders.
