Good afternoon, Local 89119. We have a major update regarding your fringe benefit True-Up payments:

​💵 VMG Unit Notice:

The VMG Unit has officially received their Fringe True-Up deposit! VMG members, please check your 401(k) accounts to confirm your SCA contributions True-Up payment.

​🛠️ Ongoing Audits for Grey Tail & VMG Units:
Our audit teams remain hard at work processing the remaining periods. Currently, they are actively working through:

✴️​Q1 and Q2 of 2026 (Both Grey Tail & VMG Units

✴️​January through September of 2025 (VMG Unit)

⚠️ATTENTION FOR ALL EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE DEPENDENTS AND TAKE MEDICAL, DENTAL OR VISON⚠️

❗️❗️Action Required: Verify Your Dependent(s) for Benefits Coverage by Sept 1❗️❗️

What you need to know:
Amentum is conducting a dependent verification audit for company-provided Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.

To ensure your enrolled dependent(s) remain covered, you must submit the required documents by September 1, 2026.

What you need to do:

Step 1: Check what’s needed
Log in to www.oneamentumbenefits.com.

Click your name in the top-right corner → select Profile → open Your Dependents to review which dependent(s) need verification and what documents are required.

Step 2: Upload your documents

On the Web: Go to Your Dependents to review documentation requirements and upload files.

On the MyChoice Benefits App: Log in → review tasks at the top of the home screen → open the verification task → snap a picture of your required documents for each dependent.

You may also select Profile → Dependents to review or submit documentation.

Tips:
PDFs or JPEGs work best.
Ensure images are clear, legible, and complete.
Need the app? It’s available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Deadline to submit:
Submit your documents by September 1 to ensure your dependent(s) remain covered.

What happens if you don’t submit:
If we do not receive the required documents by September 1 your dependent(s) who are not verified will lose coverage starting October 1, 2026.

Important information:
Losing coverage due to incomplete verification is not a COBRA-qualifying event; continuation of benefits under COBRA will not be available.

You cannot add dependent(s) back to coverage until the next Annual Enrollment, unless you experience a qualifying life event (marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, loss of eligibility under another plan, etc.).

Good afternoon, Local 89119 members. We have an important update regarding the recent fringe benefit audits:

​✈️ Grey Tail Unit:
The Fringe Benefit audit for Quarter 4 of 2025 has been officially completed and verified by the Union Auditing Committee. The expected payout date for these SCA contributions is tomorrow, July 14th, 2026.

​🛠️ VMG Unit:
For the VMG Unit, we are still awaiting confirmation regarding specific discrepancies found by the Audit Team. We are working diligently to get these sorted out and will provide an update as soon as they are resolved.

​Thank you for your patience and support as our auditing committee works to ensure every penny is handled accurately.

It’s time for some union solidarity, relaxation, and baseball! IUE-CWA Local 89119 is hosting a union night at the ballpark, and we want to see you and your families there.

​We are heading out to watch the Reno Aces take on the Tacoma Rainiers! Come enjoy a great summer evening, grab some food, and connect with your brothers and sisters outside of the workplace.
