This week we're featuring an inspiring story of generosity, community involvement, and the difference one young person can make.
Kinley Milligan, Miss North Carolina Pr***en, joined us today with a donation of more than 5,000 books to Falcon Christian Academy and Falcon Children’s Home through her initiative, Kinley’s Reading Club. We are incredibly grateful to Kinley, her family, and everyone who contributed to this amazing project. Your generosity is helping place books into the hands of children and creating opportunities for learning and growth for years to come.
We are also excited to invite you to the annual Hope Train Program at Turbeville Children's Home on Thursday, June 25th at the South Carolina Campgrounds in Lake City, SC. The evening begins with a special pre-show by the Falcon Choir at 6:00 PM, followed by the main program, "It's Not Too Late," at 7:00 PM, presented by the children of Turbeville Children's Home. This powerful event shares a message of hope, redemption, and God's love, and we would love for you to join us.
In addition, construction preparations continue for the Greg Amos Center at Turbeville Children's Home. The foundation pad has been completed, and building materials are already on site as fundraising efforts continue. Donations are still needed to help bring this project to completion and expand opportunities for the children and families served through this ministry.
