Beliza is a cat who ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ฆ thinks everything, including our ๐๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ง๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐จ๐ฌ, revolves around her...so she's been checking out her "bowling" balls lately in preparation. While she can't join us this ๐
๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ก, we hope you do! Tickets include 3 hours of bowling, bowling shoe rental, & access to silent auction. Food & drinks will be available for purchase through the bowling alley.
100% of all net proceeds will be donated to the National AAZK's BFR fund, which funds education, awareness, & conservation for all 5 species of rhinoceros in both Africa & Asia.
Bowling for Rhinos is the annual American Association of Zookeepers fundraiser focused on the conservation of rhinos & their natural habitats with 100% of proceeds going to conservation programs. Today only 5 species of rhinos exist worldwide & all 5 are threatened or endangered. Rhinos are considered a flagship species; by working to protect them, we also protect other species that live in their environments. Nationwide, AAZK Chapters organize their own Bowling for Rhinos events as we work towards our common goal. Together, we can strike out extinction!
