On May 28th, our beloved Grandmother Flordemayo turns 77 years young 🩷

This year, we invite you to honor her life, her prayers, her vision, & her lifelong devotion by making a birthday gift to The Path, the nonprofit she founded to preserve Indigenous wisdom, protect sacred seeds, care for the land, & create spaces of healing for generations to come.

Grandmother Flordemayo has given so much of her life in service — to the Earth, to the children, to the elders, to the ancestors, & to all those seeking prayer, healing, & remembrance. Her birthday is more than a celebration. It is an opportunity to give back to the vision she has carried with such love, humility, courage, & faith 🙏🏼

🌱 A Prayer for the Earth & the Seeds 🌎

For The Path
Great Mother Earth,
Keeper of life, water, soil, and sacred breath…
Today we give thanks for the seeds.
For the tiny miracles resting quietly beneath the soil, carrying within them the memory of generations.
For the ancient seeds protected by our ancestors.
For the hands that plant them, save them, pray over them, and pass them forward with love.
We remember that every seed is more than food.
A seed is resilience.
A seed is culture.
A seed is story.
A seed is survival.
In a world moving so quickly, may we slow down enough to honor what truly sustains life.
May we protect the biodiversity of this Earth.
May we remember the wisdom of planting with intention and harvesting with gratitude.
May we care for the waters, the pollinators, the forests, and the sacred lands that nourish all beings.
We pray for the farmers, gardeners, seed keepers, and Indigenous communities who continue carrying ancient knowledge forward despite challenge and change.
May future generations inherit not only seeds…
but wisdom.
Connection.
Respect for the Earth.
Help us walk gently upon this planet.
Help us consume less and appreciate more.
Help us remember that we belong to the Earth—
not the other way around.
And just like the seeds planted in darkness before they bloom,
may we trust that healing, transformation, and new life are still unfolding beneath the surface.
With gratitude for every seed, every prayer, and every act of stewardship.
