The Ephrata Police Department will be hosting a prescription drug collection event at the Ephrata Walmart THIS SATURDAY!!! See below for more information!

Next Saturday, April 25, 2026, the Ephrata Police Department will be at the Ephrata Walmart, 890 E. Main St., Ephrata Township for the DEA National Drug Take Back program. Bring your unwanted/expired medications to Walmart for a safe disposal (no needles). We will be set up outside by the entrance/exit doors.

🎉 Community + Teamwork = Impact! 🎉



The Friends of the Ephrata Police Foundation was proud to team up with Toys for Tots at the first‑ever “Tailgate for a Cause” hosted by the Ephrata–Reading Elks Club!



This incredible event brought our community together in a big way — all while supporting two meaningful missions. Held in conjunction with the Philadelphia Eagles Autism Awareness initiative, the day featured special appearances from:



🦅 Former Eagles wide receiver Irving Fryar

🦅 Fan favorite “Halftime Molly”

🦅 Shaun Young, “The Ultimate Eagles Fan”



Their energy, along with the generosity of everyone who attended, helped shine a spotlight on the work both organizations are doing to support local families and strengthen our community.



💙 Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, volunteered, and cheered us on. Your support makes events like this possible — and it truly makes a difference.
