Coolers are stocked and ready for pickup, bags are next to the coolers and grab what you would like! Stop by and grab some fresh produce today! I will pull the coolers in around 7 today so if you can’t stop by but you would still like some just let us know!

Throughout this spring we have been working on creating a community garden, our goal was to educate students on how their fresh produce is grown as well as offer that fresh produce in the summer for anyone that might not have the access or space to grown their own produce!

The time has come now that we are starting to get our first little crops! Each week I will post a Facebook post of what we have and we encourage you to stop by to grab whatever you would like or if you know of someone that might want/need some fresh produce stop by and grab some as we have plenty!

Attached are some pictures of what we currently have and I will them sitting in coolers outside of the ag building starting at 5pm for you to stop by and grab whatever you would like! We will provide bags for you to grab whatever you would like! The coolers will be outside of the ag building from 5-7pm for anyone to stop by(everything is straight from the soil so please wash and prepare for that)! If that time doesn’t work for you, please reach out to Miss Bauman and schedule a time!

FFA members! If you get bored and are already ready to be back at school, we could use your help with some maintenance in the garden! On Tuesday and Wednesday, from 7-8am we could use your help with the garden! If you can make it please let Miss Bauman know! Also we have a few open beds, that do not have anything planted in them, if you or your family would like to plant that special tomato, pepper or herb plant we have some space that is first come first serve! Let Miss B know if you what to plant anything!

Check out our students competing in the Oklahoma FFA Auctioneering CDE Championship! 🔥

We’re proud to see these talented students showcase their skills and represent the future of the auction profession.

Logan Snider is a sophomore at Chisholm High School and an active, dedicated member of FFA, along with participating in varsity volleyball and basketball. She began her FFA journey early, competing in speech and auctioneer contests as an 8th grade member, and has continued to excel in leadership and career development opportunities.

She has served her FFA chapter as the Reporter during the 2024–2025 and 2025 2026 school years and has expanded her leadership skills by attending the C**T
Conference, LEAD 360 Conference, and various LDE and CDE events. In January
2025, Logan was inducted into the National Technical Honor Society, reflecting her
commitment to academic and technical excellence.

Logan has earned recognition as a Top 10 Finalist in the 2024 and 2025 Oklahoma FFA Auctioneering Career Development Event and is a two-time FFA Oklahoma Auctioneer State Champion (2024 and 2025). She is an active member of the Oklahoma State Auctioneer Association (OSAA), where she is committed to developing her skills and knowledge within the auction industry. She has participated in OSAA Next-Gen classes, gaining hands-on instruction and mentorship from experienced auctioneers. Logan regularly attends both the OSAA
Summer and Winter Conferences, where she competes, networks, and continues her
professional growth.

In addition, Logan has represented Oklahoma on a national level in the International
Junior Auctioneer Competition, further expanding her experience and exposure within the auctioneering profession. Through her involvement with FFA and OSAA, Logan continues to strengthen her auctioneering abilities, professionalism, and dedication to the future of the industry.

Attention Longhorns! Enrollment forms will be going out soon! Be sure that you keep us in mind while you are filling out those forms! We have a spot for you! Even if showing livestock, speeches, or ag mech isn’t your thing, we have a spot for you!

This past week we took two trips to Stillwater to participate in the state contests!

Friday night we begin with the State Speech! It takes and incredible amount dedication and hard work to make it into the top 10 speakers in the state and we had three students do that!
⭐️ 4th Place Animal Science, 4th Place Ag Policy - Hannah Hays
⭐️ Ag Policy - Logan Snider
⭐️ 7th and 8th grade Ag Explorations - Bronc Snider

That next morning we went back to compete in the State Vet Science Contest! This team showed incredible growth as this is only their 2nd year trying this contest and placed 10th (out of 49 teams) and jumped 26 spots compared to last years results! Incredibly proud of the growth these students continue to show!
