Before the cold weather rolled in our EHS Works students were focusing on the transferable skill of COLLABORATION - they split into groups & had the task of building the tallest tower to support a large marshmallow out of only 20 spaghetti noodles, 3’ of tape, & 3’ of string!

Our Career Preparation students practiced interview skills with a speed dating activity! Students had 45 seconds to answer the interview questions then shifted to their next interviewer.
Students were given a fictitious job scenario for the company Orbit Concierge a company that manages civilian space tourism experiences as a potential Mission Experience Coordinator.
Mrs. Dunham heard lots of students declaring that they would hire their interviewee throughout the activity!

The EHS Works Career Preparation Seminar students recently presented their Career Compass paths with visual aids - Senior Breana Taff plans to become a Veterinarian and specialize in genetics. She brought her pet python as her visual aid. Breana currently works at 7 Brew to earn her EHS Works credits.
