✨ Thrive - Transformation at Work had the honor of attending this year’s Keys to Hope Breakfast hosted by SparkHope Automotive.

It was a meaningful morning filled with reflection, gratitude, faith, and celebration of the incredible impact this community continues to make together. 💛

We heard updates from SparkHope Automotive’s new CEO, Jason Spears, highlighting the organization’s continued growth, future vision, and the lives being transformed through access to reliable transportation and community support.🚗

One of the most powerful moments of the morning was hearing the inspiring stories, reminding us how hope, dignity, and opportunity can create lasting change for individuals and families.✨

We were honored to attend the Job & Resource Fair, where we connected with justice-impacted job seekers and shared Thrive’s no-cost, online employment support. 💻

A special thank you to Cheryl Gallegos and Ubaldo Chavez for organizing such a wonderful turnout of job seekers and community partners. We’re grateful to collaborate with incredible organizations working to expand access, create opportunity, and open doors for our community.

Through her personal journey as a single parent, her church leadership background, and her studies in leadership, spiritual formation, and business, she brings both heart and strategy to the future of Thrive.

Thrive continues to serve individuals facing significant barriers to employment, including justice-impacted individuals, single parents, and those navigating financial instability.

Andrea’s leadership will help expand partnerships, strengthen programs, and accelerate pathways to meaningful employment and long-term economic stability.
