🤝 Exciting Partnership Announcement! Thrive - Transformation at Work & Colorado UpLift! 💙

We’re excited to announce a partnership between Thrive Colorado and Colorado UpLift to strengthen community connections, expand access to resources, and help individuals and families move toward greater stability and opportunity!

At Thrive Colorado, we believe that access to meaningful employment can make a lasting difference for individuals, families, and communities. Through our no-cost, online Employment Coaching, we provide job seekers with weekly coaching, community, and personalized support to help them navigate employment barriers and work toward their career goals.

Colorado UpLift builds long-term, life-changing relationships with young people across the Denver metro area, helping them develop the character, leadership, and life skills to thrive. They also connect students, families, and community members with resources and pathways to career development and economic mobility. 💫

By working together, we look forward to building stronger connections between employment support and community resources, helping more people discover opportunities, access support, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with organizations that share a commitment to serving our community and creating pathways to success.

💙 Community Partnerships in Action!

A big thank you to our partners at the City of Englewood Colorado and HAAT FORCE SOUTH METRO INC for inviting Thrive Colorado to participate in the 2026 Homeless Connect.

This important outreach event brought together nonprofits and community service providers to share valuable resources and connect directly with individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.

Events like these provide opportunities to offer on-site support, share information, build relationships, and connect individuals with resources that can help them move toward greater stability and opportunity. 🤝

We’re proud to be part of the — a collaborative network of organizations and businesses working together to support our community and connect individuals with valuable resources and services.

💙 Grateful for Community, Connection & Collaboration! 🚗

Thank you to SparkHope Automotive East for inviting Thrive - Transformation at Work to participate in the Under the Hood Community Resource Fair and Pancake Breakfast in Aurora! 🥞

It was wonderful to connect with neighbors, families, community organizations, and local resources while sharing information about Thrive’s no-cost, online Employment Support for job seekers facing barriers to employment.

What stood out most was the incredible sense of community, connection, and collaboration. 🤝

SparkHope’s work is a great reminder that reliable transportation is about more than getting from one place to another—it can help create stability, independence, and access to opportunity. ✨

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, the community partners who shared resources, and the amazing volunteers who helped make the day possible. It was a privilege to be part of such a meaningful event and contribute to the positive change happening in Colorado!

💜 September is Recovery Month in Colorado! 🎉

Colorado Governor Jared Polis officially proclaimed September 2026 as Recovery Month, recognizing that recovery is possible through many pathways and is strengthened by supportive communities.🤝

At Thrive - Transformation at Work, we’re proud to celebrate everyone on their recovery journey and honored to support job seekers as they pursue employment, stability, and a brighter future. ✨

We provide no-cost, online Employment Coaching for job seekers facing barriers to employment, including recovery, justice-impacted backgrounds, housing transitions, single parenthood, and more.

Participants receive support with job-search strategies, resumes, interview preparation, confidence-building, and weekly live coaching, along with a community of encouragement and accountability.

Recovery looks different for everyone, and so does the path to employment. This month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, second chances, and possibilities that come with recovery. 💜

At Thrive, we walk alongside job seekers throughout their employment journey by providing no-cost, online employment coaching each week. Through personalized support, encouragement, and practical job-search strategies, we help job seekers build confidence and take steps toward meaningful employment. 🌟
