Little Italy Endicott

Little Italy Endicott "Take Pride in the North Side!" The Oak Hill Avenue Improvement Corp. d/b/a Little Italy Endicott, is a private not-for-profit organization.

Our mission is to revitalize and promote the Little Italy concept on the 100 block of Oak Hill Avenue in Endicott by preserving the cultural heritage of the North Side neighborhood through renovations of existing residential properties and business establishments, and to create a fertile environment, which will attract new ventures and maintain current businesses with and Italian American flavor.

The neighborhood known as the “North Side” originated and grew from the cultural traditions and work efforts of our parents, and grandparents. Although the horse-driven delivery carts, and cobblestone streets of the past have been replaced by automobiles and paved roads, many of the original features and attributes remain the same. Long established businesses, such as Oaks Inn, Consols Family Kitchen, Battaglini Bakery, Joeys Brick Oven Pizzeria, Antonio's Bar and Trattoria still produce fine Italian cuisine, with recipes passed down through generations. The ethnic heritage and traditions can bring prosperity to the community by sharing our uniqueness. has proven this concept feasible and that it has a strong niche market potential. The Little Italy Endicott project will beautify the streets, the park, and preserve some of its history as well as strengthen the economy in this area of Broome County. A feast for the eyes, heavenly aromas, games to play, music to hear, and especially, great food to eat, will create a pleasant shopping and dining experience. Guests to the neighborhood can also tour our Little Italy Immigrant Museum and Heritage Center to see the origins of our ancestors, gather for classes, and participate in workshops. Together, we can enrich our area as well as keep what was passed on to us. Donations of monetary funding, goods and services, and the efforts of volunteers, will continue the renewal per the business plan of this corporation.

We can't fully express how grateful we are to see our whole community come together and celebrate our heritage, traditions and the things we hold near and dear to us on Endicott's Northside.

THANK YOU to our sponsors, our vendors, our musical acts, our community partners and our many volunteers who worked tirelessly throughout the whole year to make our event possible.

Our hearts (and stomachs!) are still full today and we want everyone to know how much we appreciate our community!
