Join Emory & Henry University’s annual Community Day on Saturday, Sept. 12! 🎉
This public event features free family-friendly activities, giveaways, and tailgating, as the Wasps take the field for their first home game of the football season.

“We’re looking forward to filling the stadium with students, friends, family and neighbors this Community Day,” said Jacqueline Kestner, Assistant Director of Athletics for Operations.

This year’s Community Day is made possible by the generous support of Stateline Services and also falls during Friends & Family Weekend on the Emory campus.
Coca-Cola is the exclusive beverage provider of Emory & Henry and will be offering promotional giveaways during the day.

The following newly elected members will join the Board at the next meeting in November of 2026:

Our class of 2030 watched the amazing performance "Come From Away" at Barter Theatre as part of Emory & Henry Theatre Department's new “Big Questions” course! 🎭

After the show, leaders at Barter Theatre shared their thoughts as a part of their mission and how the performance correlated with the courses' core topics.

Our freshmen enjoyed a special performance of *Come From Away* at Barter Theatre followed by a group discussion with Barter Leadership. 🎭

🐝 What a weekend at Emory & Henry!

Friday kicked things off with commencement rehearsals for the School of Health Sciences and School of Business. On Saturday, we welcomed new Wasps to campus during Move-In Day, where I had the opportunity to volunteer alongside several of our Alumni Council members and help welcome students to campus, celebrated our newest Emory & Henry graduates at commencement, and wrapped up the day with our Alumni Council summer meeting. 💙💛

A full weekend of new beginnings, big accomplishments, and plenty of Wasp spirit! Congratulations to all of our 2026 graduates, and welcome to all of our newest Wasps! 🎓🐝
