This Friday’s gone to the dogs (and cats)!
We love our furry, four-legged friends, almost as much as we love crafting seriously bold brews. Unfortunately, many of those furry friends out there don’t have a family to call their own. In fact, the Elwood Animal Shelter has officially been at capacity for awhile, meaning no new intakes until they make some room…
To remedy this, we’ve invited our resident animal loving retired educator, Vickie, along with the Heart of Hoosierland Humane Society for a ‘Clear the Cages’ meet and greet adoption event in our backyard beer garden this Friday, June 26, from 5-8pm! Come meet the delightful dogs and cozy cats that are available for fostering and adoption while enjoying some brewpub fare and locally crafted beer. Available animals will be making guest appearances from across the creek periodically where the shelter is located.
Oh, and did we mention that 10% of all food and beverage sales on Friday will be donated to Heart of Hoosierland?! That’s a donation directly benefitting transportation and veterinarian services of shelter and community animals, among other services their organization provides!
